Manager Quality Assurance

Coordinate and ensure implementation of Corporate Quality and Tech Services policies by performing/reviewing internal audits and maintenance of plant quality systems. Ensure product safety through development, review and enforcement of company policies through process control review and management of product holds.

Coordinate the supervision and training of hourly production workers, as well as the oversight, direction, and training of various seasonal personnel to achieve Del Monte's Quality Standards, as well as other goals set by the management team. Ensure compliance with all approved and applicable safety rules in the employee's area of responsibility.
