Job Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and findings.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all construction activities align with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA/QC Manager should have

• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control within the construction and property industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring project success.
