Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, environmental regulations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements to follow industry-specific guidelines
• Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous learning
• To stay ahead of the competition, businesses need to continually measure and analyze their key performance metrics, adjust their strategy accordingly, and strive for continuous improvement
• To avoid delays and disruptions, it is crucial to have effective maintenance coordination in place
• Improve the skills of your personnel and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Regular training of plant staff on budget management procedures and financial practices can also go a long way in driving accountability and reducing errors
• It is the responsibility of every team member to prioritize safety in the workplace and follow company policies to ensure compliance

Requirements

• With more than 10 years of experience in the production, maintenance, and management of beverages, I am highly skilled at delivering high-quality results on a consistent basis
• Fluency in Spanish is a preferred qualification
• Candidates who possess experience in launching or setting up manufacturing units would be the ones preferred for the job
• Incorporating ISO Management Systems, food safety, and Coca-Cola KORE requirements into a company's daily operations ensures a comprehensive approach to quality control
• Understanding the significance of safety procedures and regulatory requirements is critical in preventing accidents and creating a safer and more secure environment for everyone
• Obtaining exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills can transform an individual's career trajectory

Compensation

A competitive base salary between $138,006 and $181,133 is being offered for the role, with additional performance-based bonuses that will be tailored to the specific skill set and background of the potential employee.
