Quality Control Tech

Requirements and responsibilities

• Minimum five (5) years experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience in manufacturing operations (REQUIRED)
• Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001
• Knowledge of control charts, statistical process controls (SPC), GD&T, gage studies, APQP, PPAP
• Proficiency with various measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc
• Excellent ability working and communicating well with others (team mentality)
• Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record
• Working within other departments will be required (screw machine, secondary operations)
• Material handling, cleaning of finished parts (able to lift 40#)

Day shift, 40 hour work week, 4 x 10 hour days. Overtime available.
