• Key Qualifications:*
• Educational background in Engineering, Materials Science, or a relevant technical discipline (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).
• Over 5 years of experience in quality engineering or assurance within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership capabilities to drive quality improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are preferred.
• ISO 13485/9001 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with digital QMS software platforms is beneficial.
