Adventist Health's corporate headquarters in Roseville, California is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial analysis and management planning support. You'll work in our WELL-certified campus—a thoughtfully designed space that promotes well-being and inspires your best work.
In this position, you'll review, reconcile, and analyze financial data to ensure the integrity of reported information and identify important trends. Your analysis will support leadership decision-making, with a focus on identifying potential improvements to our financial results. You'll also assist in developing proformas and acquisition analytics that drive our organization forward.
You'll develop and maintain financial analysis tools and reporting systems, including daily productivity dashboards and trend and forecast reporting. As part of our finance team, you'll participate in monthly accounting close functions, the annual budgeting process, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Your responsibilities will include providing support with contract and reimbursement modeling, as well as assisting with yearly budgeting through development of supporting data and compilation of information critical to our budgeting system. You'll monitor reports to ensure data quality and continuously enhance your technical skills working with database and business intelligence systems.
A Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is required. One year of experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
We'd particularly value a Master's Degree and three years of relevant experience. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is preferred but not required.
