Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience with employee benefits and/or an administrative role
- Active Life & Health License
- MS Office, Outlook, Health Connect, and AMS 360Planning, organizing skills, and taking accountability for all tasks provided
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Manager with preparing the necessary documents
- Responsible for benefits administration, such as creating new hire packets and open enrollment for all clients
- Assist with administrative duties, i.e., opening and distributing mail, maintaining accurate/detailed documentation, and recordkeeping
- Work with the team to improve workflow, documentation, and communication
