Full-Time, Exempt, Salary
This is an in-office position for the first 100 days. Requires in-office work five (5) days per week.
Following the first 100 days, staff have the flexibility to work two (2) days remotely. Mandatory in-office workdays are Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

The Community Partners Financial Services Analyst (CPFSA) provides end-to-end financial services support for CCF’s fiscal sponsorships, community benefit programs, agency funds, and supporting organizations. Serving as a primary liaison, the role manages fund administration, reconciliations, grant and expense tracking, financial reporting, and compliance with policies, procedures, and funding guidelines.
The Analyst coordinates grantmaking and board reporting, supports donor and partner stewardship, and administers agency endowments, including distributions and investment-related communications. The role prepares independent contractor agreements using CCF templates, schedules payments per contract terms, and ensures accurate recordkeeping.
Collaborating cross-functionally, the Analyst delivers high-quality customer service, participates in trainings and board meetings as needed, and helps build capacity across programs to advance CCF’s mission.
