Job Summary
The Senior Associate reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for owning and maintaining the company’s long-term operating model and delivering deep revenue analytics across airline and concession agreements. This role provides forward-looking financial insights that support strategic, commercial, and executive decision-making.
The position works closely with FP&A, Accounting, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between financial performance, contractual structures, and long-term planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating Model Ownership:
- Own and maintain the long-term operating model, ensuring accuracy and transparency of assumptions and outputs.
- Translate contractual, operational, and financial changes into model updates and forecasts.
- Perform scenario analysis across traffic, revenue, cost, and capital assumptions to support strategic decisions.
- Revenue Analytics and Strategic Support:
- Support business case evaluations and strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis.
- Analyze airline and commercial agreements including rate structures, pricing mechanisms, and traffic drivers using defined KPIs and decision parameters.
- Track and forecast key drivers such as enplanements, capacity, and airline mix.
- Provide insights on revenue performance, risks, and sensitivity.
- Develop business cases to evaluate airline and commercial partners
- Provide dashboards and performance analysis on a regular basis
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to support contract structuring and performance improvement initiatives.
- Integration with FP&A & Accounting:
- Ensure alignment between the operating model, forecasts, and actual financial results.
- Work closely with FP&A and Accounting teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Advanced financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including development and maintenance of complex operating models.
- Ability to translate contractual, operational, and commercial drivers into financial outcomes and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Legal and Accounting teams.

- Self-starter capable of working independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working under tight deadlines within complex, data-driven organizations.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Solver, SQL, or similar platforms preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure, transportation, project finance, or asset management environments preferred.
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 4–8 years of experience in strategic finance, project finance, investment banking, consulting, asset management, or related analytical roles.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining long-term financial models required.
- Experience with infrastructure, transportation, public-private partnerships (P3), aviation, or concession-based business models preferred.
- Experience analyzing commercial agreements, revenue drivers, or complex contractual structures preferred.
