Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst | Cleveland, OHI'm working with a well-established Cleveland-area manufacturer with deep roots in the region and a stable, growing business. They're adding a Financial Analyst to a lean finance team where your work actually gets seen and your input actually gets used. No massive corporate bureaucracy. No disappearing into a spreadsheet nobody reads.

Just solid, meaningful finance work at a company that's been around long enough to know what it's doing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Variance analysis and cost analysis across business units
• FP&A support including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningpartnering with operations and plant management to track performance metrics
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
• Ad hoc analysis and special projects as the business evolves
• What They're Looking For:3-5 years of financial analysis experience or public accounting, manufacturing or industrial environment a plus
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Solid grasp of cost accounting concepts and GAAPSomeone who can communicate financials clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• CPA or CMA a plus but not required
• Compensation:$80,000 to $100,000 base depending on experience, plus benefits.
