Responsibilities as the Private Equity Investment Associate:
Deal Execution: Support transaction processes including diligence, analysis, and coordination with stakeholders.
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
Investment Analysis: Conduct company and industry research to support investment decisions.
Due Diligence: Review financial, operational, and market data during transaction processes.
Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance and support analysis of portfolio companies.
Presentation Development: Prepare investment materials and internal presentations.
Qualifications for the Private Equity Investment Associate:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting with M&A exposure.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with transaction evaluation preferred, ideally within service-based sectors.
