We are a busy oral surgery practice located in Las Vegas, Nevada with an outstanding opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full-time position.
The perfect candidate is someone who can
- Develop and Implement marketing strategies for the practice utilizing our already approved methods
- Create and maintain relationships with referring dental practices
- Visit referring practice offices on a monthly basis (Approximately 15 practices per day) to check on the status of the referring office, deliver gifts, and create a lasting and growing referring network of providers.
- Possess excellent verbal and writing skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Being an excellent listener and empathetic to the needs of others.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and be enthusiastic in helping people through dentistry.
- Knowledge of the dental world and/or implants would be desirable.

The ideal candidate must possess the following
- Business to Business sales experience
- Experience with the business use social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
- Experience in relationship building with referral offices. Comfortable with driving to their locations, walking in and representing our offices and doctors
- Creative personality with excellent classy taste
- Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision
- Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally and otherwise with other members of staff
- Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently
- Possess positive attitude, sound judgment, and top level professionalism

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
