Marketing Associate Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support and execute in-person marketing and customer acquisition campaigns. This role involves direct interaction with customers, assisting with promotional efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet campaign objectives. This position requires on site work in Laredo, TX.

Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing campaigns and customer interactions
• Engage with customers to provide information on products and services
• Assist in executing marketing strategies to support customer acquisition goals
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and campaign targets
• Maintain knowledge of client products, services, and promotions
• Assist in preparing and delivering marketing presentations as needed
• Track and report customer feedback and campaign results

Marketing Associate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required

Marketing Associate Work Environment

• Full-time, in-person role in Laredo, TX
• Collaborative team environment with ongoing training provided
