Position Overview
Scorpion Security Products is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, and brand channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats while helping drive business growth.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our digital presence, developing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, overseeing content creation, and building brand awareness across multiple industries and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, including content updates, landing pages, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements
- Plan, create, and manage social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, trade show materials, email campaigns, and product launch materials
- Manage content creation including blogs, videos, photography, customer testimonials, and case studies
- Support lead generation efforts through digital campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on KPIs and ROICoordinate trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
- Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership teams to support business objectives
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
- Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, agencies, and media partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, retail technology, or related industries
- Strong experience with WordPress website management
- Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools
- Experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
Preferred Skills
- Trade show and event marketing experienceHubSpot, Dynamics 365, or CRM experience
