Digital Marketing Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and overall growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of digital marketing efforts across content, social media, SEO, and campaigns while working closely with leadership to execute and refine strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, web, email, and campaigns
• Create content for borrowers, referral partners, and recruiting initiatives
• Manage and grow social media platforms
• Support SEO initiatives through blog content, landing pages, and website updates
• Improve website performance with a focus on conversion and user experience
• Launch and manage email and digital marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and ROI
• Utilize AI tools and marketing platforms to improve efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, or financial services preferred
• Strong background in content creation and social media management
• Experience with SEO and website optimization
• Experience with email marketing and campaign execution
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
• Experience with WordPress, Canva or Adobe, and marketing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
