Job Summary
One of our leading financial services clients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support strategic marketing initiatives, business events, and enterprise communications. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and delivering executive-level marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving multiple complex initiatives to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple complex marketing and business event initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies, including audience definition, agendas, messaging, logistics, and execution plans.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and risks using project management tools and best practices.
- Partner closely with communications, creative, marketing, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging across print, digital, web, social media, and live events.
- Provide strategic direction to creative teams regarding event branding, promotional materials, and communication strategies.
- Build strong consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully deliver business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, client needs, and market developments to recommend strategic improvements.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization's products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales teams, marketing managers, business leaders, and decision-makers throughout project lifecycles.
- Present recommendations and project updates to executive stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
- Independently prioritize multiple initiatives while adapting to changing business priorities.
- Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing, event management, or related business functions.
- Experience managing enterprise-level marketing campaigns, business events, conferences, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, creative, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing and communication plans.
- Comfortable working independently while managing competing priorities.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, investment management, banking, or asset management industries.
- Knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial marketing.
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings, conferences, or client-facing events.
- Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools.
