The Social Media Content Creator will concept, capture, and produce social-first content across a spectrum of formats, from highly produced shoots to raw, real-time, mobile-first storytelling.
This is a creator role and is expected to think like a junior field producer or reality-style storyteller, constantly identifying moments, personalities, and narratives across the property and turning them into engaging, platform-native content. This position will operate with a strong point of view, a deep understanding of internet culture, and an instinct for what will resonate.
This role requires a balance of creativity, speed, and execution, equally comfortable producing polished assets and scrappy, in-the-moment content.
This role will work across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels, understanding the nuances of each and tailoring content accordingly.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
