Creative Strategist (B2B Social Media) [210948]

Our clients team is seeking a Creative Strategist to join its Social Media team. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy and content creation, helping bring their social storytelling to life across key social channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to create content independently.

You’ll help develop and execute engaging social content that showcases products, features, customer value, and behind-the-scenes stories for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social content strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content that drives product awareness, engagement, and customer adoption across audiences.
• Edit product screen recordings into polished GIFs, demos, and social-ready assets.
• Trim, caption, and optimize short-form video content for social media distribution.
• Partner closely with social media, marketing, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely content.
• Adapt content and creative approaches based on evolving priorities and business needs.
• Support fast-turnaround content initiatives, including event-related and real-time social opportunities.
• Explore and leverage emerging AI-powered creative tools to improve content creation workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing content strategies for social media channels.
• Strong hands-on content creation and editing capabilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Experience creating content for digital and social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Portfolio, social presence, or work samples demonstrating content creation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to developer audiences, technical users, or B2B technology customers.
• Background in technology, SaaS, cloud computing, developer tools, or related industries.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and media generation platforms such as Gemini, Veo, or similar technologies.
• Motion graphics, animation, or visual storytelling experience.
• Experience creating content during live events or other rapid-turnaround environments.
• Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly and adapt creative direction mid-project.
• Strong personal passion for content creation, experimentation, and emerging technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is both a strategist and a maker. They enjoy creating content themselves rather than solely directing agencies or external partners. They bring curiosity about AI, enthusiasm for technology, and a willingness to experiment with new formats and tools.
