What the Glass Skin LLC is a New York–based beauty supplement brand focused on innovative, beauty-from-within products designed for modern, ingredient-conscious consumers. Founded by beauty creator Lisa Baisl, the brand combines Korean formulation innovation with elevated branding.
In addition to What the Glass Skin, Lisa runs a personal beauty and lifestyle platform with an audience of 1.6+ Million across social platforms. Together, both brands are scaling across social media, Amazon, affiliate platforms, and digital commerce.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Content & Brand Strategist based in New York City, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position.
This role will work directly with the founder across both What the Glass Skin and her personal platform. Responsibilities include developing and managing content strategy, building monthly content calendars, editing short-form video, assisting with content production, supporting affiliate initiatives, and ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across platforms.
