Within a highly collaborative environment, the Communications and Social Media Manager is responsible for telling the story of the university through compelling writing, strategic social media management, and engaging visual content.
This role leads the development and execution of a multichannel social media strategy that strengthens the university’s brand, engages alumni and supporters, and shapes perceptions among prospective students and parents.
This position identifies, develops, and covers campus stories through an editorial lens while creating graphics and digital content that support institutional priorities. The role plays a key part in elevating the university’s voice by integrating storytelling, social media, and visual communications into a cohesive communications strategy.
