Litigation Paralegal

Rosenblum Allen Law Firm is hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our growing Family Law practice in Las Vegas.

We are looking for someone who is organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced litigation environment.

This is not a low-volume or slow-paced position. Our firm handles complex divorce, custody, relocation, and financial litigation matters, and we need someone who can keep up, take ownership of their workload, and operate with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities include

• Drafting pleadings, motions, disclosures, and discovery
• Trial preparation and exhibit organization
• Managing deadlines and case calendars
• Client communication and case management
• Supporting attorneys in active litigation matters
• Accurate and consistent billing/time entry

Requirements

• Prior litigation experience required
• Family law experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Experience with billing/timekeeping systems
