Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Probate Paralegal (Operations Manager) role based in Las Vegas, NV. The person in this role will manage and oversee probate case workflows from intake through final distribution, ensuring all deadlines, court requirements, and internal procedures are met.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and filing probate petitions, notices, inventories, accountings, and related court documents, as well as reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
The role involves coordinating with the attorney, court staff, clients, managing Junior Paralegals and third parties (such as financial institutions and personal representatives), maintaining organized case files, and monitoring case progress.
The Probate Paralegal (Operations Manager) will also improve and document office procedures, track key performance metrics, support training of team members, and help drive operational efficiency and consistent client experiences.
