• Assist attorneys with client interviews, gathering relevant case information through effective interviewing techniques
• Prepare for litigation by reviewing documents, managing deadlines, and coordinating court filings in compliance with procedural rules
• Maintain detailed records of case activities, manage data entry tasks, and ensure timely filing of all legal documents
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and supporting project management initiatives
