Experienced Paralegal

Join our dynamic team at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. as we seek an experienced Paralegal to contribute to our growing firm.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who excels at working independently and possesses strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and capable of managing a high docket count under an attorney's supervision while being a collaborative team player.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Drafting discovery requests and responses
• Preparing and drafting motions
• Assisting in trial preparations
• Scheduling depositions and court dates
• Coordinating client meetings
• Conducting client consultations
• Utilizing a web-based case management system

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a PTO policy after a 90-day probation period.

The following qualifications are essential

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe
• A minimum of 3 years of legal experience is REQUIRED
