Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal to join our personal injury team. The paralegal will provide support to our legal team by assisting in legal cases, and assisting with document management. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills and a solid understanding of legal processes.

Duties

• Manage and organize legal cases, including maintaining case files and tracking deadlines;
• Assist with drafting correspondence, notes, memoranda, and any other tasks assigned;
• Maintain document management systems to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of information;
• Perform the general duty such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars;
• Assist with data entry and record keeping

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal in a personal injury firm;
• Strong knowledge of legal case management and document management systems;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
