Corporate Paralegal

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support legal operations for a Contract position based in Los Angeles, California. This role will contribute to corporate governance, litigation support, and document management while working closely with attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage detailed legal work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise corporate governance materials, including formation documents, meeting records, written consents, and ownership agreements.
• Coordinate the submission of corporate filings and assist with required regulatory documentation, including SEC-related materials when needed.
• Review legal and commercial documents for formatting, consistency, completeness, and accuracy before finalization.
• Support litigation matters by organizing discovery materials, maintaining case files, and assisting with trial preparation activities.
• Use case management software to track deadlines, maintain records, and monitor progress across active matters.
• Draft routine legal correspondence and agreement-related documents under attorney direction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through responsive and courteous communication.
• Deliver high-quality service by addressing client needs promptly and helping ensure a smooth legal support process.
