Based in Los Angeles, the Junior Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys and senior paralegal staff in all phases of real estate transactions, including the finalizing of documents for closing, maintaining closing checklists and preparation of signature page packets, and attending to post-closing matters such as distributing original documents and preparing closing binders.
This role reports to the Paralegal Supervisor, Transactional and Associate Director of Paralegal Services.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $62 - 70k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
