Family Law Paralegal

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking an Legal Assistant/Paralegal to assist in our family law department in our office located on 3857 W Fullerton Chicago, Il. The ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred. Further duties may include:

• Provide current clients with updates.
• Schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
• Client correspondence (letters)
• Prepare Cases for Attorney Review Prior to Filing
• Work with client to obtain necessary documents for case.
• Draft necessary forms for attorney’s review.
• Organize file and prepare filings for attorney’s review.
• Manage deadlines effectively.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 + years relevant experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Paralegal Certificate highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
