As a Paralegal - Legal Transactions, you will support complex commercial real estate matters from start to finish. You will prepare key documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing arrangements, and financings across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage transaction checklists, assemble signature packets, and compile finalized closing documents with accuracy.
You will maintain organized digital transaction files and assist with lien releases, corporate governance materials, and asset management documents under solicitor supervision. Your attention to detail will help ensure smooth transaction execution and uphold high standards of integrity.
To excel as a Paralegal - Legal Transactions, you will bring experience supporting commercial real estate or similar transactional legal matters.
