About the Role

Our client, a growing private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal & Compliance team. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role will assist with contracts, compliance matters, legal operations, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and legal documents Manage contract tracking, renewals, and signatures Support litigation and regulatory matters Maintain legal/compliance files and calendars Process invoices and assist with billing Conduct legal research and policy updates Provide support to internal business teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience Law firm or corporate legal department background preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
