We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, dedicated legal representation to our clients, and we are looking for a reliable Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth running of our office and assist our attorneys in effective case management. You will work closely with our legal professionals on a variety of tasks ranging from client intake to trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Case & Document Management: Draft, format, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients; screen calls, answer questions, and schedule meetings.
• Calendar Management: Maintain attorney calendars, track court dates, and monitor critical filing deadlines.
• Research & Prep: Assist with legal research, trial/hearing preparation, and maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems.
• Billing & Admin: Support the monthly billing process and assist with general office administration. [

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: [1-3]+ years of administrative or legal support experience preferred.
• Tech Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Smokeball or Westlaw software is a plus.
• Organization: Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
