What You'll Do
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and engagement letters
- Assist attorneys with preparing court filings and organizing pleadings, discovery, and case materials
- File documents electronically with state and federal courts and agencies
- Maintain and organize electronic case files, correspondence, and legal documents using Net

- Open new client matters and conduct conflict checks
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and client contacts
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, video conferences, and conference calls
- Prepare presentation materials and assist with administrative support as needed
- Provide overall litigation and legal administrative support to attorneys
What You Bring
- 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience
- Experience with state and federal e-filing
- Strong proofreading, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working with document management systems and remote collaboration platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate attorney and client needs
