Law Office Seeking F/T Paralegal

Seeking a FT Paralegal for a northwest Fresno law firm. Wills/Trust & Probate experience required. Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Calendar scheduling, maintenance and management
• File maintenance and management
• Transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting letters, pleadings and other legal documents
• Coordinate case preparation

Requirements

• Detail oriented
• Extremely organized
• Self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 50 wpm
