Litigation Secretary | Am Law 100 Firm | DTLA (Hybrid)

Nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm known for excellence, collaboration, and career growth is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary to support a dynamic team of attorneys in Downtown Los Angeles. What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents and case files
• Handling state and federal e-filing with accuracy and efficiency
• Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and pleadings
• Managing complex calendaring, deadlines, and court schedules
• Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and client communications
• Preparing expense reports and reimbursements
• Staying ahead of deadlines by anticipating team needs and priorities

Skills & Experience You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary supporting multiple attorneys
• Strong experience with federal and state e-filing
• Solid understanding of court rules and civil procedures
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Experience working in a paperless or highly digital environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Insurance Defense or Healthcare Litigation experience (a plus, not required)

Additional Information

• Location: Downtown Los Angeles
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote (after training)
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
• Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience
