Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Boutique Westside law firm with specialty in personal injury, employment law and business litigation seeks to hire a secretary/paralegal. We offer a competitive salary with benefits and are looking for a candidate for a long term position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 5+ years legal experience.
• Knowledgeable in case management, and maintaining solid communication with our clients;
• Skilled at drafting and responding to discovery;
• Negotiating doctor/hospital liens;
• Keeping client files organized;
• Solid writing skills (a must);
• Knowledge of civil procedure, rules, and filing documents in Court;
• Shall maintain firm calendar,
• Serve subpoenas and secure medical records from various treating healthcare providers;
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a big plus.
