Ahmed Law Firm, P.C. is a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in South Richmond Hill, Queens. We represent individuals in motor vehicle accident, property damage, and personal injury matters in New York State courts. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and committed to getting strong results for our clients.

The Role

We're hiring a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary to support our attorneys and paralegals with the day-to-day work of running an active litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, dependable, and eager to build a career in the legal field — no prior legal experience required but must be willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, greet clients, and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
• Open, organize, and maintain case files (both physical and electronic)
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and help track case deadlines
• Request and organize medical records, police reports (MV-104s), and other case documents
• Enter and update case information in spreadsheets and our case-management system
• Handle scanning, copying, mailing, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Provide general administrative support across the office

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
• Professional, reliable, and a team player
• Bilingual (Urdu, Punjabi, Spanish ability a plus)
• A willingness to learn — we'll train the right candidate

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: Dependent upon experience
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am to 6pm
