Legal Assistant - Business

One of Monterey County’s leading law firm, seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to support multiple Attorneys within Business Transactions and Litigation. A background or experience with Employment Law and Litigation is preferred; Strong organizational, writing skills and attention to details.

Must also possess strong interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, as required. Competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, document management systems, Adobe
• Strong communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Two or more years’ experience in a professional office environment.
• Fluent speaking of Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
