About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer to play a crucial role in shaping our organizational strategy, governance, and risk management. This is an enterprise-level position that significantly influences our operations across multiple states in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior legal leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board.
• Design and enhance an enterprise compliance program to ensure robust legal and regulatory adherence.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable operational guidance.
• Lead and scale the legal and compliance functions, facilitating organizational growth and development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have

• Over 10 years of progressive legal leadership experience in highly regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and experience in multi-state or multi-division operations.
• A business-minded, pragmatic approach with a successful track record of advising senior executives and boards on intricate legal, regulatory, and risk challenges.
• While experience in behavioral health or similarly regulated healthcare services is preferred, it is not mandatory.
