Overview

Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient Medical Oncology practice in Fresno, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a comprehensive cancer center dedicated to delivering high quality, patient centered oncology care.

Qualifications

Education

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program is required.
• Credentialing by the CMC Medical Staff Office as an Allied Health Professional with privileges for oncology-related standardized procedures required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
• 1 year of oncology or hematology experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

If qualifying as a Nurse Practitioner

• Current California NP License
• Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (NPF)
• National certification (ANCC or AANP) preferred

If qualifying as a Physician Assistant

• Current California PA License
• DEA Controlled Substance Registration
• Ability to participate in federally funded programs (Medicare/Medicaid)

For all candidates

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
