What you bring to SBHG
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or technical/vocational/secretarial school diploma preferred.
- Two (2) years general office experience required One (1) year in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with clerical experience in opening and closing medical records AND/OR front-office receptionist experience preferred.
- Spanish speaking preferred How you will make a difference: Enters client information reviews documents for completion/errors and scans into Electronic Medical Records program.
- Gather data specific to clinical programs under the guidance of the QA Manager.
- Greet visitors answer incoming calls and process agency mail Order and maintain office supplies including copy Complete Scan Deletion requests from Admin team Division/Program
