Responsible for answering phone calls, greeting walk-in customers, and managing the customer service area. Frontdesk support will screen referrals, schedule appointments for the appropriate service needed, complete financialeligibility, and complete administrative tasks upon request. Front Desk Support will handle phone calls in aprofessional and courteous manner and provide great customer service.
High School Diploma or GED. One or two years of experience in a medical office is preferred. Experience with calling Medicaid/Medicare and Private Insurance Companies to verify benefits.
