As a Surgery Scheduler in Urology, you will be instrumental in coordinating and scheduling surgical appointments and follow-up care for multiple physicians at our clinic or designated hospitals.
You will ensure a seamless and efficient process for patients undergoing urological procedures, from initial scheduling through post-operative care.
Every day you will perform crucial pre-operative and post-operative data entry, assemble chart materials, and meticulously provide patients with all necessary information regarding their upcoming procedures.

Required

Two (2) years experience in a medical office environment with knowledge of medical surgical terminology
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use a computer
Strong organizational skills
The ability to work under pressure
The ability to participate as a member of a team
Reliability and punctuality
Excellent customer service and public relations skills
Experience/certification in department specialty may also be required
Preferred
