About the Company
Gameday Men’s Health is a fast-growing brand of men’s health clinics open nationwide. Pioneering in the area of safe, effective and natural testosterone replacement, Gameday was created to help men reach their maximum potential and live fulfilling lives. In addition to testosterone replacement therapy, we help men with erectile dysfunction, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and hair restoration.
We serve motivated men—veterans, first responders, hard-working dads—who are ready to take charge of their health.
Our space is modern, man-cave inspired, and high energy. We don’t do insurance chaos. We are a cash-pay clinic focused on real care with a real team.
Our mission and passion focuses on improving men’s lives… because every day is Gameday.
Who We’re Hiring: We’re looking for one confident, personable, experienced Medical Assistant with strong customer service skills and a personality that patients connect with immediately. This is not a slow-paced, overly clinical role.
This is a leadership-track position for someone warm, confident, friendly, organized, and ready to help us grow.
STOP — Don’t apply if you
- Avoid conversation or humor with patients
- Are quiet, disengaged, or too “by the book”
- Need constant direction instead of stepping in
- Prefer working in low-energy, rigid clinic settings
We care just as much about who you are as what you can do.
This job IS for you if you
- Are confident, detail-oriented and a strong communicator
- Are outgoing, upbeat, and know how to connect, joke, and make male patients feel at ease
- Want to grow into a leadership role as the clinic expands
- Bring positive energy and love helping people transform their lives
- Thrive in a clinic environment where your voice matters and your work is respected

- Working closely with our healthcare team to support top-notch patient care
- Managing forms and documentation to keep everything accurate and complete
- Handling billing questions and following up to make sure everything gets squared away
- Pitching in to keep our office clean, organized, and welcoming
Who We’re Looking For: We’d love to meet someone who’s friendly, organized, and ready to jump in. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Knowledge of medical terminology
- A knack for juggling multiple tasks and staying on top of details
- Excellent people skills—friendly, empathetic, and professional
- Experience with scheduling, records, and the other admin stuff that keeps an office humming
- The ability to be both a strong team player and an independent go-getter
Perks & Environment
