Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Medical Practice Front Desk experience – 6 months minimum (required)
• EMR experience (Required) EMA (Preferred)

Office Administration and Management

• Responsible for patient check-in, treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Reviews patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures have been obtained.
• Enters new patient information into computer. Ensures the patient feels welcome to the practice.
• Duties include verifying insurances, collecting moneys, answering phone calls, and completing daily close outs.
