Receptionist/Cashier - Fresno Acura

Join our team at Fresno Acura as a Receptionist/Cashier and play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our dealership! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual who can contribute to our high standards of customer satisfaction and support our sales and service operations.

As a Receptionist/Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing a welcoming and professional presence. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and contribute to increased sales by delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and handle customer complaints with integrity. Administer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) questionnaires, communicate results, and assist in defining dealership scores.
• Cashiering & Financials: Compute bills, process various payments (cash, checks, credit cards, extended warranties), issue change and receipts, and process refunds/credit memoranda. Reconcile the cash drawer daily.
• Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance, schedule service appointments, arrange shuttle services, manage customer missed appointment call-backs, and perform CRM tasks.
• Knowledge & Communication: Stay informed about new products, services, features, and pricing. Effectively communicate with customers in person, by phone, or other means.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver's License.
• Experience with Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) questionnaires/surveys is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to meet company standards.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Physical Requirements

This role involves moving throughout the facility, spending time indoors, and regular periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, climbing stairs, grasping, pushing, and pulling may be required. Ability to lift 10-25 lbs and perform regular repetitive hand/finger movements is necessary.
