Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with guest check-out process, including billing and payment processing
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Experience
- Previous experience in night audit or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
