What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers with a smile (yes, even over the phone!)
• Handling incoming calls, & making warm and follow up calls.
• Scheduling appointments and keeping our calendar on track
• Process payments
• Supporting our agents and making sure things run smoothly
• Speaking Spanish and English daily to serve our diverse community
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Promote and market the agency in the community and online
