Law Firm Receptionist

Duties

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously to the appropriate personnel
• Handle scheduling tasks including calendar management and appointment setting for attorneys and staff
• Maintain organized filing systems, including document management, data entry, and record keeping
• Support office management activities such as supply inventory, and mail distribution
• Assist with clerical duties like proofreading legal documents, managing correspondence, and updating client records
• Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld, providing prompt responses to inquiries and support to callers

Skills

• Proven experience in front desk operations within an office or legal environment with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual abilities are required
• Proficiency in multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and general computer literacy
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
