Working Schedule

1. At first, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 4:00 - 8:15 PM Possibility of a Wednesday Shift or Saturday Shift once set in the company.

We are looking for a candidate to be developed into a full-time lead role. Hours will increase to either starting morning hours or starting 12:45 PM time (afternoon shift.)

Your end time may vary depending on the day's workload.

Front Desk Assistant - Responsibilities

1. Check In/out Students

2. Write reports on students' progress

3. Assist in scheduling of Administrative Director/Owner's appointments

4. Other various administrative tasks

About Our Company

We are an afterschool foundational program that helps students get caught up to grade level if they are behind and advance them beyond grade level. Our philosophy is teaching students how to be independent and life study skills to be able to succeed in anything they do either inside the classroom or outside the classroom.
