The receptionist also plays an active part in both resident and staff welfare by assisting in the mailing of monthly resident statements and participating in programs aimed at building census and improving patient care. The role demands excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of the Business Office Manager and the facility Administrator.
